Lisa Tolliver is Mistress of Ceremonies for the recognition luncheon honoring participants in the RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) of Westchester. The affair is being hosted by the United Way Volunteer Center of Westchester County. RSVP of Westchester is one of a nationwide network of over 750 RSVPs that are a part of the Corporation for National and Community Service. The program supports more than 1,000 volunteers each year at community service organizations throughout the county.
